Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is two gifts, in any combination.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. VAT at 23% is added on your invoice, which shows the final amount.
What happens after I send my request?
You will receive an email with a summary of your request straight away. Our team then confirms the gifts, quantities and delivery with you.
How do I pay?
There is nothing to pay on this page. Once your order is confirmed, we email your invoice with a secure payment link. We schedule delivery once payment is received.
When will my gifts arrive?
Usually within 5–7 days of payment. The last day to order is 11 December. For delivery before Christmas, please pay using the secure link in your invoice as soon as you receive it.
Can you deliver to each person on my team?
Yes, anywhere in County Dublin, for €8 ex VAT per address. Choose “To each person” and tell us roughly how many people. A few minutes after you send your request, we email you a short form to add each delivery address and the gifts for each person. We can go through it with you on our call.
Do you deliver outside Dublin?
Not for this Christmas range. All deliveries are within County Dublin.
Can a wine or vintage change?
Vintages and packaging may change, and all products are subject to availability. If anything changes, we will be in touch. All bottles are 75cl and sold to over 18s only.
