At the heart of
everything we do.

We believe workplace wellness starts with trust, transparency and responsibility — both in how we handle food and how we care for the planet.

How We Operate

Safety & sustainability in practice

From our Dublin warehouse to your office kitchen — every step is built around responsible sourcing, clean energy and minimal waste.

Q Mark — Food Safety

Annual unannounced audits, full compliance with Irish, EU and international legislation, and recognition from FSAI and SafeFood. Your team is in safe hands.

Irish & Local Sourcing

We prioritise Irish growers and regional suppliers — reducing food miles, supporting local agriculture and keeping our supply chain fully transparent and traceable.

Solar Power & Biogas

Our warehouse runs on on-site solar energy. Fruit waste goes through anaerobic digestion to produce biogas — the remaining material becomes natural fertiliser.

Electric Fleet

Transitioning to electric vans across Dublin routes, with continuously optimised delivery schedules to lower fuel use and cut direct emissions on every run.

Low-Impact Packaging

Packaging partner ER provides fully recyclable, sustainably sourced boxes — designed to minimise waste and support circular economy principles.

Green Energy & Food Surplus Management

Our warehouse runs on solar energy. Organic food surplus is converted into biofuel through anaerobic digestion — the remaining material becomes natural fertiliser, closing the sustainability loop.

Local Food Donations

Unsold but safe food is donated directly to Capuchin House, supporting those in need in our local Dublin community.

€35,000 worth of food donated in 2025 alone

Carbon Offset & Climate Action

Carbon neutral since 2020.

In partnership with GoCarbonNeutral.ie, we've offset over 340 tonnes of CO₂ through internationally certified reforestation programmes — equivalent to planting more than 1,020 native trees.

In 2025, we planted 2,400 trees in Brazil via EverTreen to offset our full annual operational emissions. Every tonne accounted for, every claim independently verified.
